Educational Objectives 

The graduates of Kadir Has University Computer Engineering Department are expected:

  1. to have a strong engineering background and be equipped with modern technological knowledge,
  2. to be candidates for successful careers in national as well as international, industrial, and academic institutions,
  3. be involved in, especially software and computer network projects.

Program Outcomes

  1. Sufficient knowledge of science, engineering, and design principles and methods in compıter engineering, and the ability to apply this knowledge to model and solve engineering problems,
  2. Ability to apply discrete mathematics concepts and topics,
  3. Ability to define complex engineering problems, collect and analyze data, analyze problems and develop models and implement solutions for engineering problems,
  4. Ability to analyze, design, and manage the hardware/software computer system requirements with limited resources and conditions by modern engineering principles,
  5. Ability to use modern engineering techniques, tools, and information technologies and develop software equipment and software,
  6. Ability to conduct and design laboratory experiments by using computers and ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to analyze engineering problems,
  7. Ability to work on multidisciplinary topics with teams as well as individually,
  8. Ability to communicate in Turkish and English very well in written and oral form, ability to write reports and understand reports, to prepare and present design and production reports, to give and receive clear and understandable instructions,
  9. Ability to follow international works in their field,
  10. Ability to follow technological innovations and to engage in life-long learning to adapt themselves to the changing conditions of the future with professional and ethical responsibility, knowledge of the standards used in engineering applications,
